Doan Minh Thong- a student of Ho Chi Minh Economy University had an excellent love proposal to his girl friend with the support of ̀50 guitarists at their memorable place of their love.
He phoned his girlfriend for a drink at 3/2 Park as usual. Suddenly, Thong ran for a guitar, then played the guitar and sang the song "What I think" ̣(Suy nghi trong anh) in front of his girlfriend's surprise. Moreover, 50 other guitarists surrounding came to them and joined the song. Other friends brought flowers, balloons gathering around them and sang out-loud.
After finishing the song, Thong gave a very very big flower and a bunch of blue balloons along with his love proposal to his girlfriend- Le Ngoc Phuong Hoai, a student of the same university.
"I would like to make you a big surprise; however, I have not found any chance. This day, I fight with the fear to do this, with the hope that you will be forever with me..." the young man said to Phuong Hoai. Those sweet words brought tears to her eyes. She just said thanks to him and gave him a tight hug within the applause of the crowd.
After being launched on Youtube, this love proposal clip received thousands of likes from YT viewers. Many people say that this couple is so lovely and wish them happy forever.
Doan Minh Thong reveals that the idea of performing this song inspired long time ago. He would like to gift his girlfriend this meaningful song with the message "I love you so much much". It took him 2 months to prepare for this performance. Joining the "Love leads the way" contest of Closeup, Thong was assisted with 50 guitarists from other universities in the city. In addition, many other volunteers join the show to make Phuong Hoai a big surprise.
